Dr. Q (Qiana Green Sifeku, PhD) (she/her) is the Director of Undergraduate Academic Advisor Resources and Engagement (UAARE) in University Advising in the Office of Undergraduate Education at Michigan State University. She leads campus-wide initiatives that strengthen academic advising through professional development, assessment, strategic partnerships, and community building. 

Prior to joining MSU, Dr. Green held leadership and student success roles at Marygrove College, DePaul University, and Loyola University Chicago, with experience spanning academic advising, residential education, and student affairs. She holds a bachelor's degree in sociology, a master's degree in counseling, and a Ph.D. in Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education, all from Michigan State University. 

Dr. Q welcomes opportunities to collaborate on advisor development, advising assessment, Appreciative Advising, leadership development, campus-wide advising initiatives, and cross-unit partnerships that advance student success.

I like being a supervisor of advising because I enjoy helping colleagues be fulfilled in their jobs, assisting them achieve better work/life balance, and supporting them as they achieve their personal and professional goals.

Red Cedar River because I love water and really like walking along the river when the weather is over 65 degrees.
