Liana Mann (she/her)

Liana Mann grew up in Charlotte, NC. She decided to attend undergrad out of state at Bowling Green State University where she studied music education. While working on her degree she found her passion working with college students and decided to get a masters in higher education at Ball State University. Since then, Liana has worked in admissions, orientation, student success coaching, and academic advising. In her free time Liana enjoys running, reading, musical theatre, and crafting.

My favorite part about being an advisor is working with students. I love seeing students grow into who they are and become more confident individuals.

Completing my bachelors degree. Undergrad was the first time when I struggled in school. I failed my first class and felt completely lost at times. While there were times I doubted if I could finish my degree, I persisted.

My favorite part about being an undergraduate student was getting involved. I was a part of multiple organizations such as Sigma Alpha Iota, assisted with audition days in the music college, and worked as a resident advisor.

I ran my first half-marathon in 2024, and I'm looking to start training for a full marathon soon
