Amy Stice
Amy Stice joins University Advising from over 2 decades in Arts-based education. Amy received her bachelor’s in music education from Elmhurst University and her master’s in music education from VanderCook College of Music. Amy spent a decade teaching K-6 Elementary General Music, 6 years teaching Early Childhood Music at the MSU Community Music School, and 20 years teaching Tap dance to ages 5 years through adult. During the Fall 2022 semester at MSU, Amy had the pleasure of teaching DAN 351-Tap Technique 1, offering her the unique opportunity to work with college age dance students more intensively. Amy enjoys bringing her experience as an educator and parent into her role as an Academic Advisor and UGS instructor at Michigan State University.
